I contacted Danley's about a new garage. They scheduled a rep to come talk to me and the process began from there. The rep was very helpful and gave me a play by play run down of what was to happen, who the key players were and the amount of time it would take. They process me with a rep who was able to talk to me about any thing which was great because I did have questions. I only had one issue and that was receiving 1 follow-up call so that I would know when the next crew was coming out because there were several. However when I called the rep immediately contacted the right person and have me an answer. The other thing was not really an issue more of misinformation. It was where the digging would go in the yard for the electricity. But once explained why it couldn't go where I had been told it would, it was understandable. So for the entire thing I would give it a 9.5. They started the garage 4/23 and were finished 5/10. Very quick and highly satisfied. All I had to do was not park on it for 7 days after they finished. Then the men came to put the permanent locks on a few days later and they were done. Nice easy process, very nice people, very nice garage.

Overall, great experience with Danleys. The process with the build of the garage is very easy and simple. They contacted me each step of the way. They provided the upgrade on the electric part so I can charge my electric car. Highly recommend getting that. The garage is beautiful and spacious.

I love my new garage. Every step of the process was communicated well, and done perfectly. Bernice was awesome. She was the lead on the administrative side of the project.. She was very pleasant to work with, answered all my questions, and was very transparent. I would 100% recommend Danley’s if you are looking to build a garage!

I’m so happy we decided to use Danley in building our new garage. We had the best sales person Ishmael who walked us through the process and what to expect. Everything went as explained and the different teams kept us updated with timing for each step. The garage is beautiful and we are so happy. I recommend Danley to anyone who is looking for a new garage. The pricing was the best out there.

We bought our new house in July and knew we wanted a garage. We had a gravel pad and knew we wanted the biggest garage we could get but didn’t know what else. We met with a salesperson right around end of July and they were great. They were very detailed and did a great job explaining options and what to expect in the build process. During the permit, concrete pour, and build they would check in with us and give us updates on where things were and what to expect which helps ease our concerns. The sales and others were very on point with the timeline and happy to say our garage was finally finished at the beginning of November after about 6 weeks. Would 100% recommend them and be very confident they’d do a great job. We are now in the process of insulating the garage and turning part of it into a workout space since we were able to get it 2.5 cars wide!

Everything about this build was awesome, from start to finish. There was a change due to permitting but other then that minor delay things went like clockwork. From survey to concrete to build everyone was professional. Highly recommend

Overall, my experience with Danley's was great! I signed the contract on 08/08/24 and by 10/04/24 the final walkthrough was completed. Berenice and Malaika at Danley's kept GREAT communication throughout the whole process from the breakdown of the concrete, pouring of the new concrete, construction of the garage and electrical. I would highly recommend Danley's to anyone in the future!

I love my garage we got it just in time before the winter. Everyone was great from Ismael our Sales rep who was very informative. To the concrete crew who did a little extra concrete behind the garage. Very happy will definitely recommend.

Review:
We called to have an additional garage built in the back to store our vehicles. When we called around the beginning of spring of 2022 we had them come out do the estimate, started in July and finished in October. Everything we ordered was supposed to be the best quality for the garage. We had no problem paying the price as long as the quality was worth it. Well we didn’t get the quality that we asked for or deserved. The garage over head door is the cheaper one then the one we payed for and asked to get, and expected to get and because of this we still to this day when we open the over hang doors to drive the cars out water pours on the vehicles. Water builds up on the over hang doors as you can see in the pictures. We have to run a dehumidifier in the garage at all times so mold does not build up in the garage due the water build up. They tried to tell my husband to put wax on the doors to keep the water out. We have a garage attached to the house and have no issues with water build up on the over head door as that door is high quality. Multiple professional people that we know have looked at the garage and confirm that the over head doors are not good quality doors that we paid for. We contacted Danleys many times about this issue of the water and after they told him about the wax they just didn’t care to communicate about the issue anymore. This is very poor service, extremely poor customer service and they do poor quality work. We will not recommend them to anybody who needs a garage built. Update- due to the owners reply- the insulation has absolutely nothing to do with the water build up as it was installed professionally, and we do have the garage ventilation at all times. So please explain why we are still after everything you explained on the comment we are still getting all this water, and why even now I am not raising my doors as they are covered with water on the inside as I reply again with this update after having this snow and negative windchill. I will be asking my house this year and before hand I will be having the garage over head door completely replaced so that way the next home owners do not have this issue from your company’s work service.

We wanted a detached garage in Porter County, IN. Due to extreme foot dragging by the county, it was over a year before permits were in place and Danley agreed to the original cost even though costs had gone up considerably. Once in place, it was a matter of a few weeks before the team came out to begin construction. Different crews handled different aspects of the building and each and every one of them were courteous, professional and not only quick but thorough as well. Once the foundation was poured and cured, it was less than a week from frame to a completed 2 1/2 car garage who's exterior perfectly matched our house. Still waiting on the final inspection from the county. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. I would have a hard time considering another builder after working with Danley. Solid craftsmen who worked quickly and thoroughly with attention to detail at a generous value.
